Returns
IS THIS REALLY HAPPENING?
We didn’t want this to happen but here are some facts that you need to know.
Refunds are provided to the original form of payment, excluding original shipping costs and a $8 restocking fee and must be returned within fifteen (14) days of the purchase date.
You just need to follow couple of rules for us to give you the refund, which are:
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Please be careful of deodorant and makeup rubbing off on the item. All items that do not meet those standards will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. If you already used it, it is not nice so keep it.
Items on SALE will be ALL FINAL SALE, that includes discount items.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited or refunded the cost of shipping when we receive your return.
Sunsets Of June has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order. We are not responsible for items not received due to shipping issues while in transit.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination
country, the goods will be returned to Sunsets of June at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping (duties and taxes). The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
The cost of the return is at the customer expense, please return items via a tracked method service as we are not responsible for lost packages returned back to us.
We will not received any item that we do not know about.
STORE CREDITS
Store credits can be used to make a future purchase and are valid for 1 year from date of issue.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned.
